Hawai‘i Virtual and Blended Learning

HVLN (Hawai‘i Virtual Learning Network) / Hawai‘i Online Teaching
The  Hawai‘i Virtual Learning Network (HVLN) Hawai‘i Online Teaching (HOT) program provides interested schools with access to Canvas, a robust learning management system (LMS), to support full distance and blended learning. Implementation, training and resources will be provided.

In addition to the LMS, schools will have access to content for over 100 courses that schools can use as a distance/blended learning option for Grades 6-12. Courses are meant to be teacher facilitated and encourage high levels of engagement. COURSE LISTS

 


Hawai‘i Online Courses

HOC prepares students and educators for the 21st century workforce by providing technology-rich, standards-based credit courses for students, and best practices, online professional development and resources for educators. Develops, maintains, and provides online programs and systems.


Stride K12 lICENSES

Through Stride K12-powered school options, we empower students to learn in the ways that are best for them – in their own place and at their own pace. Schools and Complex Areas who are providing a distance learning option for School Year (SY) 2022-2023 may request Stride K12 licenses for students in Grades K-8.
